Pawsé Pet Furniture ships within the United States. Shipping times, costs, and estimated delivery dates are calculated at checkout and vary based on product size, weight, and destination.
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once an order is shipped, you will receive an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation when the tracking number is available.
Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
Pawsé Pet Furniture currently ships within the contiguous United States only.
At this time, we do not ship to:
Hawaii
Alaska
U.S. territories
Canada or other international destinations
We appreciate your understanding and hope to expand our shipping locations in the future.
Returns
Due to the size and handling requirements of our furniture, change‑of‑mind returns are subject to a small restocking fee, the following conditions apply:
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unused, unassembled, and returned in original packaging
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund
Original shipping fee is non‑refundable
Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer
The restocking fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs for large pet furniture items.
Quality Issues or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if there is a product quality issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
In cases of confirmed manufacturing defects or shipping damage:
The restocking fee will be waived
We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion
Return shipping, if required, will be covered by Pawsé Pet Furniture
Normal wear, minor natural variations in wood grain, or damage caused by improper installation are not considered defects.
Non‑Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Custom or made‑to‑order items
Items that have been assembled, installed, or wall‑mounted
Clearance or final sale items
Installation Responsibility
Some Pawsé Pet Furniture products require assembly and/or wall mounting. Installation and assembly are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Pawsé Pet Furniture is not responsible for:
Improper installation or assembly
Damage caused by incorrect mounting, wall conditions, or unsuitable hardware
Injury, loss, or damage arising from failure to follow provided instructions
We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all assembly and installation instructions and consulting a qualified professional for wall‑mounted installations.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please contact us at order@pawsepetfurniture.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
